Gregg's path into real estate did not start with a passion for houses. It started with a promise made in frustration.

Buying his very first home early in his Air Force career, he was burned by a horrible agent. The experience left a mark deep enough that he vowed to self-educate to the absolute highest level so he would never have to rely on another agent again. Over the next two decades, moving 11 times with the military, he bought and sold homes across the United States and mastered the process from the ground up.

From the Air Force to your closing table

Gregg served a full United States Air Force career, starting as a prior-enlisted Staff Sergeant and retiring as a Captain. He flew as a Combat Systems Officer aboard the E-3 AWACS through multiple combat deployments, and finished his career architecting theater-wide air and missile defense plans at CENTCOM.
